Truck Driving Aptitude Test
Introduction
- Background and purpose: Truckers went on strike in 2003, triggering the introduction of truckers’ qualification system as of July 21, 2004 in an effort to facilitate safe driving and improve the capacity of the drivers. The system also aims to contribute to improvements of the delivery service and on-road safety by fostering the professional capabilities of truckers while promoting the sound growth of the entire transport industry.
